Avocado Breakfast Shake
Another easy keto breakfast. This one whips up in under 3 minutes and tastes amazing. Recipe makes 1 serving at 4.5 net carbs.
You Need:
- half an avocado
- 2 cups nut milk
- 4-5 drops stevia
- 1 tbsp protein powder (I use PB2) or nut butter
- 1-2 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp cacao or coca
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 handful of spinach
