Fancy Bullet Proof Coffee

It took me about 6 months before I tried bulletproof coffee. I thought I would hate it. I was super surprised to find I loved it! And it is an easy breakfast especially for this busy mom. It's full of good fats and super filling, always giving me energy to power through the morning until lunch. I suggest you try it--and play around with the ingredients until you find what works for you!

You Need:
  • 2 cups coffee, prepared
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or other butter (or 2 tbsp hemp hearts)
  • 10g cacao butter (about 1.5 teaspoons)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (or MCT oil)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • dash of cinnamon 
  • stevia if you like it sweet
Directions: Add everything to a blender and blend for 5-10 seconds. I also like to add a bit of dairy free creamer to mine, but I like my coffee...less coffee and more coconut flavored! This has about 3g net carbs per serving--if you use imitation vanilla extract (no alcohol) it will have 2g net carbs. Click here for the full nutritional label.
