Chocolate Fat Bombs
I'm addicted to chocolate. It's one of my favorite treats. Chocolate and peanut butter is another favorite--one of my top five pre-keto splurges.
But you know what? Chocolate, and even chocolate and peanut butter can be keto too!
Makes four servings at 2 net carbs a serving (without the peanut butter). That is about 6 pieces of chocolate a serving when you use the molds I use!
You Need:
- 26g cacao butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 50g cocoa powder
- 30g coconut butter
- 30g coconut oil
- pinch of salt
- 20 drops stevia
- 10 drops monk fruit
- nuts, peanut butter, or other fillers as needed
