This is my go-to for an easy and fast dinner or lunch. It takes about 10 minutes and is satisfying and filling. Enjoy!
You Need:
2 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp coconut aminos (or 1 tsp soy sauce)
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 eggs
2 green onions, diced (for garnish)
Directions: Place the first five ingredients in a saucepan and bring almost to a boil. Add your eggs (some people like to scramble them first and some people just plop them in) and give it a good stir for 1-2 minutes to make sure the egg cooks. Serve garnished with green onion. This is for one serving at 2g net carbs.
