Pumpkin Bread
You Need:
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced (and a pinch of zest)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup sugar free "maple" syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened sunflower seed butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- dash salt
